Obtainr LLC is a B2B consulting business that provides AI and automation audits for small and mid-sized businesses. Our website is obtainr.com. You can reach us at michael@obtainr.com.
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly when completing an audit intake form — including your name, email address, company name, role, and answers to business-context questions. We also collect payment information when you purchase an audit, though payment data is processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to deliver the service you paid for — reviewing your intake, preparing your audit, and following up about your results. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for any commercial purpose.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you check out, you are submitting payment details directly to Stripe under their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance. Obtainr LLC does not store credit card numbers or full payment details.
Email communications
We send transactional emails — such as audit confirmations and follow-ups — using Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). These are sent only in connection with a service you have purchased or requested. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Hosting and infrastructure
This website is hosted on Vercel. Your requests and any data transmitted through this site pass through Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel's privacy policy applies to data processed at the infrastructure level.
Data retention
We retain your intake information for as long as necessary to deliver your audit and for reasonable business record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing michael@obtainr.com.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, email michael@obtainr.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services in the operation of this site: Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any of these parties — we use them only as processors to deliver your service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date below. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
